Katrina, Rita, Wilma And Greensburg, Kansas, May Have Been Prevented
Technologies exist to possibly downgrade hurricane and tornado strength, reducing the damages created by these natural events, benefiting everyone regardless of sex, national origin, religious beliefs, political affiliation, sexual preference or any other issue.
These technologies have been developed for different purposes, they are very powerful, yet, environmentally friendly. The Governors of the gulf and MidWest states have been informed of these and...NONE CARE. It is not necessary to re-invent the wheel, just re-direct these and evaluate their results.
hurricanes and Tornadoes are basically the same phenomenon, at a point and place in time, atmospheric pressure starts dropping, at the same time, wind speed increases and " things " are sucked, such as water, trees, vehicles and many other items due to a " vacuum " effect created by nature, we as human beings, have developed the..." vacuum cleaner ".
There are two technologies which could counter these effects.
No. 1, aims to counter the pressure drop by creating pressure inside the vortex and a hole on the wall.
No. 2, aims to destroy the vacuum created by punching a hole in the vortex wall.
In either case, vacuum is lost and the natural event would revert to just a storm. This project will entail involvement by private industry, state and federal governments.
We have the money and the resources. Together we can make a difference including saving lives. If interested, please, let me know; the time has come to accept that we can do better.
